Memphis has fired head coach Larry Porter after just two seasons. He compiled just a 3-21 record with only one conference win. Larry Porter was a running backs coach at every stop of his coaching career. I normally don't condone firing a coach after two years, but he was obviously not prepared to be a head coach.
